NEGATIVE REACTION has just finished recording their next full length album, "Tales from the Insomniac."
They will be back in the studio at the end of the year to put the finishing touches on the album. The album will be released on Spare Change Records, however a release date has not yet been determined.

Keep a lookout in 2008 for Negative Reaction's first Anthology CD, "Episode I," to be released on Oppressive Sound System Releases in conjunction with Sleeping Village Records.

Also in 2008 NR will be on a Buzzoven tribute CD by Sleeping Village Records.

UFOMAMMUT - "IDOLUM" - APRIL 2008

"IDOLUM" is the title of the upcoming new album of Ufomammut.
It'll be licensed by Supernaturalcat in April 2008.
Recorded in Milano at Magnolia studio and mixed and mastered at Locomotore Recording Studio in Roma, the album proudly features Lorenzo Stecconi as sound engineer.

IDOLUM is a new chapter in the sonic adventure of Ufomammut, presenting a sensible evolution in the sound and in the songs' structure of the band: dark atmospheres, simple and mastodontic song frameworks, a new idea of psichedelic rock.

"Idolum" is a latin word meaning "ghost" and "idea" at the same time, representing the massive but hidden presence as the main concepts of the album.

Rose Kemp astonishing voice will be guest in "Ammonia" while Lorenzer of lento has provided powerful sonic waves on "Elephantom" with his six strings.

Lumbering, super-fuzzed, pretty-sure-they're-not-ironic Austin metallers the Sword will be unveiling their new CD, Gods Of The Earth (Kemado), April 1. Though their lauded 2006 debut, Age Of Winters, was one of the heaviest of the new metal crop, the band promises an even louder, bigger, more ambitious sound than ever. Their hair all seems longer these days, so that's at least a good sign.

The work for the final album from the masters of SludgeGrindingCrust, DYSTOPIA, is finished already! Life Is Abuse (guitarist's own label) is releasing this one in the States, while Throne is doing it for Europe. Release date is set for FEBRUARY 2008.
You can now pre-order the CD and the vinyl LP from our shop (we have a very limited amount of the vinyl format since it is released in Europe by Skuld Releases, not Throne).
This is an essential album that I (and way many other people) have been waiting for years!!!

Asva is getting set to tour UK/EU in June and July in support of the
new album 'What You Don't Know is Frontier' coming out on Southern
Records April 8.
